We, the Poets, are three humble chefs hailing from Sydney, Australia, on a delicious mission. With forks in hand and curiosity as our compass, we’ve set out to taste, test, and tally the world’s gastronomic wonders. Along the way, we’ll share recipes, sprinkle in culinary insights, and weave it all together with playful little poems—because food, after all, should nourish both the belly and the imagination.

Our journey begins with recent travels through the UK, Italy, and France—lands where history and flavour collide in every bite. Back home in Sydney, we’ve also been exploring hidden gems and local haunts, eager to tell you what’s worth savouring and what’s best left off the plate.
